Maybe it's just me but I don't like the idea of eating a warm and rich omelet on a sunny summer day. My favorite summer breakfast is Greek yogurt, nuts and berries.
Breakfast is sometimes a challenge for me on my LCHF diet. I was used to eating a bowl of cereal with skim milk, a glass of juice and maybe a piece of toast. Pretty high carbs! Most days now I cook eggs, or I warm up a salmon or meat patty (or two), with maybe some strawberries or blueberries on the side. Yogurt, berries and nuts sound like a good option.
It was the same for me, I always had musli or bread for breakfast before LCHF. Salmon is a good idea, I'll try that. Sometimes I have no appetite for warm breakfast but then you could have smoked salmon (and cream cheese - mmm!)
