Work life balance?

Whatever that is. I am good at many things but I am notoriously bad at prioritizing my own personal life. I guess I enjoy work too much?

There will be no running this week. Not a good sign for the first week after signing up for a marathon. I think the biggest challenge won't be to actually run the marathon but to schedule time for training. Every week. Week after week. Subconsciously, I think this is why I signed up for the race in the first place. I know I need training and don't give up on things. The only way to pull this one through is by staying determined.


  1. I would agree you need to balance your life and work to find an activities to maintain your healthy lifestyle. I think, you did a right thing to signing on a marathon and put a determination on what you're doing.

  2. Working can really be stressful. It is just right that you do exercise and running from time to time to avoid a lot of expenses although they might be covered by a private health insurance offered by your company. It is sad that they do not actually cover everything. There would always be a bill on you.

  3. I am attending a medical assistant training program since I am inclined to this health service thing although it is not my profession. I learned a lot about health and our bodies on this and it made me realize so many things regarding balancing my schedule to avoid stressing out myself.
